External contributors can submit focused fixes and short Markdown proposals, preferably based on an issue. The policy now asks for clear scope, reproducible results and relevant hardware evidence so people and agents can assess and continue the work. Sourceful maintains changes and Fredrik sets direction. Existing license and release authority stay in place.
Update the vision, roadmap, contributor and agent guides, support text and GitHub templates. Remove the issue-form checkbox that rejected external PRs. Clarify that the existing scratch-file check permits proposals in maintained docs or PR descriptions; its matching rules are unchanged.
Validation: parsed both issue forms and checked field IDs, checked shell syntax and reviewed the diff. No runtime or on-box UI changes. README edits only change contribution text near the top; #1051 changes a separate documentation link near the bottom.
