Sign off the commit so the DCO job can pass
When this commit is submitted through the external PR flow introduced here, the dco job in .github/workflows/validate.yml checks every non-merge commit and fails if its message lacks a Signed-off-by trailer. Commit 39d641e6867ba5a8e5ca272d91679bd9db8b6d61 has no such trailer, so the PR cannot pass required validation until the commit is recreated with a valid sign-off.
Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
External contributors can submit focused fixes and short Markdown proposals, preferably based on an issue. The policy now asks for clear scope, reproducible results and relevant hardware evidence so people and agents can assess and continue the work. Sourceful maintains changes and Fredrik sets direction. Existing license and release authority stay in place.
Update the driver guides, README and GitHub templates. Keep read-only defaults, separate control acceptance, hardware evidence and signing rules. Docs and proposals can mark hardware-only template fields as not applicable.
Validation: parsed the driver issue form, checked field IDs and reviewed the diff. No Lua, manifest or artifact changes.
Paired policy updates: srcfl/ftw#1218, srcfl/ftw-webapp#69, srcfl/ftw-app#4, https://github.com/srcfl/energyplan/pull/21, srcfl/ftw-web#12.
