When contributors provide the newly requested reproducible steps, actual results, or hardware evidence, this revision removes the guide's only warning to keep credentials, keys, and private site data out of public reports. Contributors commonly satisfy evidence requests with logs or configuration, so retaining that redaction warning near these requirements would help prevent accidental disclosure.

External contributors can submit focused fixes and short Markdown proposals, preferably based on an issue. The policy now asks for clear scope, reproducible results and relevant hardware evidence so people and agents can assess and continue the work. Sourceful maintains changes and Fredrik sets direction. Existing license and release authority stay in place.
Update the contributor guide, README and two community paragraphs.
Validation: reviewed the rendered community section at 1280×720 in a local browser; both paragraphs and their links fit. Checked the diff. No script, style or runtime changes. Read #7, #8 and #9; this PR changes separate paragraphs and leaves their nav, driver, roadmap and footer edits in place.
