Clarify the license summaries without changing the grants. Commercial use of AGPL-covered FTW code remains allowed under its terms. New Energyplan workers may be used unmodified with FTW only for a person's own private household. Free noncommercial redistribution with FTW is allowed only for that household use and must include the binary license and third-party notices. Other use or distribution requires a separate written Sourceful license, including commercial use and hosted or managed operation for others.

Apply the wording to the changeset and source page. Source-link tests and diff checks passed. Version Packages PR #1215 will regenerate its release notes from the updated changeset. This does not release Core.

Paired wording changes:

P2 Badge Keep redistribution scoped to Home Use

The new summary makes any free, noncommercial redistribution with FTW sound permitted, but optimizer/native/bundle/LICENSE.txt limits redistribution of the unmodified binaries to distributions solely for Home Use. For example, a nonprofit could rely on this page when supplying the worker for a non-household installation even though section 3 requires a separate license for all use outside Home Use. Add the missing Home Use limitation here; the changeset repeats the same overbroad summary.
