feat(lifecycle): optional live_stream_id for Drift Check monitor - #607

Allow callers to pass a verified PerformanceStore live_runs stream into monitor. Empty keeps preflight/research return CSV proxies and documents that those are not paper/live account PnL. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
