💡 What: Added @lru_cache to openmed.clinical.context._compiled_context_lexicon.
🎯 Why: The function builds multiple complex alternated regular expressions synchronously and deterministicially every time it is called. Doing this repeatedly per text chunk is a huge bottleneck for NLP/context tasks.
📊 Impact: Reduces regex compilation overhead by ~99% per language block (0.68s down to 0.001s for 1000 invocations).
🔬 Measurement: python -c "import time; from openmed.clinical.context import _compiled_context_lexicon; s = time.perf_counter(); [_compiled_context_lexicon('en') for _ in range(1000)]; print(time.perf_counter() - s)"

…ed_context_lexicon` with `@lru_cache(maxsize=32)` to\nmemoize the heavy and deterministic creation and combination of multiple\nalternated regular expressions. Eliminates repetitive compilation overhead\nthat occurred across every text scan operation.
