Summary

• Make the presenter runbook self-contained with an introduction for each beat and expandable feature/Q&A notes.
• Keep 67 terminal commands independently copyable and embed the complete Harness Post/Tag implementation prompt.
• Update Beat 8 for wheels setup agents and Tags integrated with existing Post forms and pages.
• Align demo notes, deck outline, and slide-correction checklist. The binary PPTX is unchanged.

Verification

• Rehearsed the eight-beat flow on stock Homebrew Wheels snapshot 2500, Lucee 7.0.0.395, and SQLite.
• Existing 36 app tests retained; tagging implementation added 61 tests, with 97 passing.
• Verified migration round-trips, real FK/index enforcement, repeat-safe seeds, atomic rollback, and browser tagging/clear/re-add/validation behavior.
• Actual stdio MCP discovery verified separately; implementation used the disclosed CLI fallback.
• Commentary pass preserved all 87 existing fenced blocks, including the 67 Bash commands and exact Harness prompt; Bash syntax and git diff --check passed.

Caveats

The runbook explicitly records one later unexplained HTTP 500 (key [WO] does not exist). Three follow-up 97-test runs and nine fresh HTTP requests passed, but no root cause or fix is claimed. SQLite-specific implementation and public demo CRUD boundaries are documented.

This PR contains only the five presentation Markdown files; the disposable rehearsal app and runtime artifacts are not included.
