This PR implements robust device emulation and mobile layouts auditing to bridge the gap between emulated views and physical mobile device environments. It provides precise DPI, UA, and touch overrides, supports 131 predefined devices from the catalog, and implements browser_audit_mobile for spotting usability/responsiveness bugs.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3895100800956017705 started by @cdvelop

- Integrated 131-device catalog from chromedp/device package with precise Device Pixel Ratio (DPR), User-Agent (UA), touch emulation, and visible viewport metrics.
- Added custom device resolution with case/symbol-insensitive normalization, listing all available devices on mismatch.
- Implemented browser_audit_mobile tool (mcp-audit.go) for detecting critical mobile layout issues (missing viewport meta, bad vh units, unsafe fixed edges, under-16px input fields, tiny touch targets).
- Added comprehensive unit and integration tests covering device resolution and mobile auditing.
- Documented new tools and features in README.md.
