The protected environment migration completed successfully in run 35006939278. Its six target secret names were verified and the three repository-scoped source secrets were removed. Delete the migration workflow before release dispatch so the path cannot be replayed.\n\nValidation: remaining finalizer and legacy tombstone pass actionlint; git diff --check passes.
