Still needed (GitHub Release)

In-app What's new links to the GitHub Release page. Create it after this merges (tag already exists):

gh release create v0.2.111 --title "0.2.111" --notes-file docs/RELEASE_0.2.111.md

CI token

Repo secret NPM_TOKEN still 404s on PUT (every Actions publish since 0.2.71). Replace it in GitHub → Settings → Secrets with an Automation token for the tedious-code npm user so the next tag can ship from CI. Do not paste tokens into chat or commit them.
