Evidence retained

• Adds the byte-identical UP-09 GitHub rerun artifact from job 101435880240 on old SHA a10eb9b77a8520270a8ae67842b856b9ea2db117. Its extracted JSON SHA-256 is ff1277ed3b702d2ad58f259aee4f5e14562c3eaf79d49a67918d8c9c186bde2f.
• Adds the corrected local proof’s per-sandbox CPU ledger record. It retains the source request, Platform/Sandbox ownership, $0.000321411 for sandbox-b88f54ab8e79, and the explicit full-fixture-cost limit.

Scope

• Evidence only: no source, package, workflow, or release changes.
• The old-SHA rerun is retained as a historical result. It does not prove the later prompt-aliasing fix.
