Extend the existing live control check. Reconstruct OpenCode with a Codex create default, compare actual capabilities before inference, and retain the saved-response replay check. No production behavior changes.
Validation: node --check and git diff --check pass. The stronger UP-09 reproduced the staging regression before a model call: recovered prompt append was false instead of true. Owned environment cleanup completed. The upstream backend status correction must pass this same live check before qualification.
The retained hardening report now records the failed deployment check instead of treating package tests as live proof.
