Add support for renaming of datasource in update method

This will enable renaming a datasource, which will be supported in a future release of Tableau. I believe the library just needs to be updated to pass the name attribute to the request payload.

This will require update to request_factory, tests, and api documentation (https://tableau.github.io/server-client-python/docs/api-ref#datasourcesupdate)

Closing -- this is already supported. server.datasources.update(datasource_item) emits the name attribute on the payload when it is set on the DatasourceItem.

See tableauserverclient/server/request_factory.py:207 (DatasourceRequest.update_req):

if datasource_item.name:
    datasource_element.attrib["name"] = datasource_item.name

Usage:

ds = server.datasources.get_by_id(datasource_id)
ds.name = "new name"
server.datasources.update(ds)
