Replaces the 2024 edition of "Unlocking Underwater Connectivity" with the September 2026 revision covering UnetStack v7: new cover art, the simulation fidelity ladder (UnetSim, VAO/HIL, UnetCloud), UnetCube as the digital modem, and a revised editions table. Site copy and cover images still reflect the 2024 edition and will be updated in a follow-up once the UnetStack v7 site is live. Applies the agreed terminology: "on-demand mode" becomes "manual mode" and "on-schedule mode" becomes "automatic mode" on the SWIS-ADCP page, FAQ, and MESN case study. Also fixes the "on-scheduler" typo. Generic "on demand" prose and published pulse posts are intentionally unchanged. This PR updates the website for the UnetStack v7 release: Sept 2026 revision of the whitepaper with new cover images, a pulse post announcing v7, links updated to the new unetstack.net and handbook, download updated to 7.0.0, and Unet audio removed from current pages (kept in the FAQ as legacy). Also renames the SWIS data retrieval modes from on-demand/on-schedule to manual/automatic. To be merged only after the new unetstack.net site is live.
