Record the first merged delivery against the new FTW direction: Core #1170 and #1199, plus webapp #57. Separate verified code and browser results from physical qualification and release status. Keep the next product outcome focused on direct SoC entry, accepted plans and missed-departure risk, tested with recurring goals and restart recovery.
Documentation only. Diff whitespace and repository hygiene checks pass; the linked PRs contain the implementation and validation evidence.
Note
Low Risk
Documentation-only roadmap update; no runtime, API, or product behavior changes.
Overview
Adds a First delivery after the review section to
docs/roadmap.mdthat records what shipped after the September implementation review. It links merged Core PRs #1170 and #1199 (missing-SoC through final dispatch, offline devices excluded from load, curtailment meter freshness, Lua host command/safe-default rules, 40-driver recovery pin with startup-contract coverage) and webapp #57 (manual mode with Use the plan, distinct sending vs confirmed state, non-overlapping mode changes on the same control revision).
The new text states that
make verify/CI and webapp verification (including simulator browser run) close confirmed code defects but do not mean physical safe-default qualification, full daily charging, or release—and keeps the reviewed baseline section as the original comparison point. Next product work is reiterated: direct post-plug-in SoC, accepted-plan feedback, missed-departure risk, with recurring goals, Charge now, and restart recovery tested on a named charger with an offline car.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 1e22166.
