[bug] tesla ble proxy with multiple cars

What happened?

When you have 1 wall box charger but 2 cars through tesla ble proxy, even if one of the cars is connected FTW reports the second "driver" / car as offline with an error. That's not an error if one of them is still connected.

Steps to reproduce

1. configure 2 cars using with tesla ble proxy
2. connect 1 car

no error
