For organizations using an Energyplan worker released before this license transition, this says that all commercial Energyplan use requires a new Sourceful license, even though LICENSING.md explicitly preserves earlier versions' earlier grants. Scope this restriction to worker versions distributed under the new Home Use terms so existing commercial license rights are not misrepresented.

Product copy now identifies FTW's AGPLv3 code and the separate proprietary Energyplan worker. It states that private-household worker use is free and commercial worker use, bundling and paid services require a separate license. AGPL commercial use remains allowed under its source obligations.
The footer points to the product license. LICENSING.md distinguishes product terms from website artwork and trademark rights. Publish this copy with the corresponding product license transition.
Validation: local browser review of the community and licensing copy; diff checks passed. This PR has not been merged. The repository's existing hosting checks run for the PR.
The community copy preserves the current invitation for external contributions, Markdown proposals and tested fixes, alongside the separate FTW and Energyplan terms.
The repository README and contribution guide also state the product terms and keep website artwork and brand rights separate.
This is part of the FTW license transition: AGPL-3.0-only for the open code, with a narrow section 7 permission for the proprietary Energyplan workers. Energyplan Home Use terms apply only to new workers; AGPL commercial use remains permitted. Prior Apache, MIT and Energyplan grants remain available, and third-party terms remain intact.
