Connect the native app's guide and README to the shared FTW product vision. Keep the existing Pair + Now delivery and verification gates while applying honest freshness, local authority and simple daily use to future scope. Add the Sourceful-only PR policy; external users submit issues.
No native feature, protocol or UI changes. Future product targets are separate from current platform support.
Validation:
:shared:jvmTestpassed with JDK 21 (test task from cache). New local links andgit diff --checkpassed. Existing platform and physical-device checks remain required for native runtime work.Coordinated product direction: srcfl/ftw#1213. Merge the canonical Core vision before this change.
