So links without a version number, like https://spinframework.dev/build#setting-up-for-spin-build, will be redirected to v4 rather than v3.
Some other stuff is also updated to use un-versioned URL to enable redirecting with the
v4declared in the redirect module as a single source of truth for latest Spin version.
