fix/links: Replace or remove dead external links

Problem

The audit probed every external link on the site. sourcegraph.com no longer serves public repositories (sourcegraph.com/github.com/... is a 404), docs-legacy.sourcegraph.com and about.sourcegraph.com are gone, and a number of vendor pages moved.

Fix

• sourcegraph.com/github.com/<repo> links point at github.com (same ref/path where one was pinned)
• docs-legacy developer-docs links are unlinked (no public replacement) or pointed at the current page on this site
• vendor links (AWS, DigitalOcean, PostgreSQL, eksctl, EnterpriseDB, git date formats) follow their redirects to the current URL
• links with no replacement (GitHub issue forms, help-center article, Bitbucket settings page, Gitpod blog, two dead images, the Cody for Web card) are unlinked or removed
• http:// links to hosts that serve https get https

Deliberately not touched here: contact/sales and the other about.sourcegraph.com links (separate PR: fix/links: Point sales links at sourcegraph.com/contact/request-info), the technical changelog, hosts that block bots, and placeholder URLs.

Verification

Every changed line passes pnpm run check links --check-anchors --check-self-links --check-external --diff <(git diff -U0 origin/main); every replacement URL was also curled by hand with a browser UA.
