Data Feeds: added base tokenized equity detection, page information

Code and Data Handling:

• Implemented isCoinbaseTokenizedEquityFeed utility in feedVisibility.ts to identify Coinbase B20 tokenized equity feeds based on asset, feed, or ENS naming, and adjusted address visibility logic to ensure their proxy addresses are shown directly. [1] [2]

Chain and Feature Metadata:

• Updated chains.ts to tag Base and its mainnet with tokenizedEquity, indicating support for these feeds in feature discovery and filtering. [1] [2]
