Adds a
code_channelsmethod family undermethods/src/—codeChannels.createandcodeChannels.setView— mirroring the existing per-family layout and typecheck-only verification.Depends on the
codeChannels.*methods landing inslack-sdk(slackapi/python-slack-sdk#1943). Draft until that ships and the pinnedslack_sdkversion includes them.
