OCB provides continuous infrastructure-level benchmarks: RPC stale-state detection, oracle price deviation (Chainlink/Pyth/Redstone), MEV-protection RPC reliability, and bridge latency — filling the infrastructure layer gap alongside Prometheus/Grafana and commercial monitors like Hypernative.
