This creates a baseball events and games SQLite3 database using Retrosheet, Chadwick and closely follows
the instructions in http://www.hardballtimes.com/tht-live/building-a-retrosheet-database-the-short-form/.

The chadwick functions come with the files, only dependencies are Python with sqlite3. Follow the instructions
in INSTALL to set up the database.
