Assert that the sensitive default of ...
```lua
hl.monitor({ output = "", mode = "preferred", position = "auto", scale = 1 })
```
... is always appended as the last monitor configuration.
Adjust documentation in the readme so it matches the reality. The adjustment is necessary as of changes, made in 1d3d4a0.
Add hardware-configuration.nix, generated via ```sh nixos-generate-config --show-hardware-config --no-filesystems ```
Since the rtucek-watt age key got added, the watt-related SOPS files needed to have their key updated via: ```sh find secrets -name '*.yaml' -type f -print0 | xargs -0 -l sops updatekeys --yes ```
Changes: - rename `secrets/network/private.yaml` to `secrets/network/shared.yaml` since this configuration is shared between private and work profiles. - introduce dedicated SOPS key path, allowing to use all available keys for encryption - perform update keys procedure on shared NetworkManager profiles

Re-structure and rename some SOPS secret files for clarity. This is done because of the fact, that we're introducing work-related profiles along private profiles.

As a follow up to #21, which introduced modules to the flake, all other build targets are being refactored to using the same module consistently. More importantly, this allows to remove the redundant `hosts/common/users/rtucek.nix`. Adjusted hosts are: - tux-ibp-amdgen9-nixos-btw: adopt rtucek user model - qemu-nixos-btw: adopt rtucek user model - dell-xps9360-nixos-btw: adopt rtucek user model
