QECTOR Decoder v3: production-grade quantum error correction decoder library (Rust + Python). v1.0.0 (2026-08-06) is the first stable release: 25+ decoder configurations, API stability tiers, Relay-BP, CS-OSD, Sinter/qiskit entry points, qector CLI + qector-doctor, 15 wheels with Sigstore attestation, official user manual v1.0.0 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21363016). No universal benchmark figures are published on the site, because results depend on your hardware: the qector bench harness ships with the package so you can measure on your own machines. Validation reports and SHA-256 sealed manifests are on GitHub. BP-OSD for qLDPC. Free professional Workbench GUI v0.5.3 (see qector.store).
Important licensing: QECTOR Decoder v3 is Source-Available (not free) for commercial use. The Workbench GUI app is free for everyone. See /pricing and /commercial on the site.
