Free, MIT-licensed, and running entirely on your machine — no account to create, no telemetry, and no PwrDrvr-operated server in the request path. macOS builds are Developer ID-signed and Apple-notarized; Windows installers and the executables inside them are signed through Azure Trusted Signing — both under PwrDrvr LLC.
