britepoolId doesnt exist

I have removed it. Thank you.
How can I know when some user id managers stop work? I see this one in other mds too.

https://github.com/Vidazoo/prebid.github.io/blob/adapter-copper6/dev-docs/bidders/copper6ssp.md already exists, your file has the wrong name

@patmmccann thank you for pointing out to the existing file. For some reason I didn't found it myself.
I have removed my file and edited the existing one.

I have made the change to the document. Now it includes backward compatibility to the old version of params.
