Review gates remain pending until Postil reconciles the terminal state of its GitHub review threads. A durable lifecycle marker, pull-request decision lock, release-dark cutover, and fail-closed watchdog keep gate publication ordered with the latest stable finding occurrence across retries and fleet replacement.
Repository self-review is bounded and runs without model reasoning so exact-diff gates stay within structured output budgets.
