Resolved or suppressed Postil findings now release their own GitHub review threads after a later review confirms the terminal state. Reconciliation retains forge observation as authority for thread identity, refuses to act on arbitrary replies, and verifies GitHub confirmed each resolution before recording it, preventing required-conversation rules from leaving fixed pull requests blocked.
