A fresh v0.9.6 package identity lets the long-line source-evidence correction undergo a new authoritative release qualification; v0.9.5’s unique release run failed closed on one 20-second Luna adjudication timeout and published no assets, and retries or tag mutation are intentionally non-authoritative. The source tree is otherwise unchanged, with the complete Rust, installer, release-binary, RustSec, evaluator, deterministic benchmark, and provider-backed gates passing.
