The API is quite intuitive on it's own, but would you mind document how to create a new project ? I guess [this](https://github.com/platformsh/platformsh-client-php/blob/master/src/Model/Subscription.php#L42) is the method to call but the value of the arguments $body and $collectionUrl is not so clear
