When an element ID repeats an equation number (Transformation condensing both ends onto one retained DOF), the diagonal-mass cache added m(i,i) once per duplicate instead of summing the block with m(i,j). Default eigen then inflated periods by exactly sqrt(2); fullGenLapack was unaffected. Accumulate m(i,j) and add a shear-column regression (N=100) that asserts ARPACK matches fullGenLapack under equalDOF.
