Pins the plugin to @pathmode/mcp-server@1.27.1, which refuses executable JavaScript front matter before gray-matter can evaluate it. Bumps the plugin version to 0.1.26 so installed users receive the security update, and updates the README to match. Verified: 31 hook tests pass; strict plugin validation passes; all 9 skills match the pinned server; readiness suite passes all 98 field fixtures and 8 document cases.
