startDate is required by scripts/schemas/job.schema.js (isoDate, not optional) even though the website's own schema marks it optional — add it. Also restore a sentence from the Notion source that was dropped when reformatting the intro. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
