custom handling for TFS 2015 event notifications

If an event has been triggered by the TFS (checkin, build, ..) the icon is missing for the notification.
The title is "CheckInEvent", this could be modified with the linked Changeset number and as message the checkin-comment could be used.

The image works now, but the header still says 'CheckinEvent', we could make this more readable
