Suggestion

Hello,

Thanks for making PyNPP.
I like to use your program but would like to suggest that you add an option (eg. in the same dialog as the python path) to run a specific python program instead of the current opened source.
This would be very helpful because usually I have a main source and several modules and while working on the modules, I have to keep selecting the main source to run it.
If you added that option it would speed things up.
