Mac 239 setup resend emails

• Emailing with Resend now works. ( @monashcoding.com domain works). The emails are currently being sent to projects@monashcoding.com for testing but will be changed to marketing@monashcoding.com when ready.

To be changed:

• Basic form added to contact page
• Email template (what we see in Gmail when receiving a message)
