I am a third-year Computer Engineering student and former AI Innovation Intern at Microsoft Türkiye, building AI infrastructure, distributed backends, and full-stack products. I enjoy working across the stack—from model serving and data workflows to practical, responsive user experiences—with a focus on software that solves real problems.
Open source is a central part of how I learn and work. I investigate issues, reproduce failures, write focused fixes and tests, and collaborate with maintainers to get changes production-ready.
- Building scalable AI inference and LLM fine-tuning workflows
- Developing production-oriented full-stack web and mobile applications
- Contributing to compilers, developer tooling, infrastructure, and established OSS projects
- Researching graph neural networks and explainable AI for clinical risk prediction
| Role | Highlights |
|---|---|
| Microsoft Türkiye — AI Innovation Intern | Worked on scalable AI serving, inference optimization, LLM fine-tuning, distributed backends, and MLOps using PyTorch, Kubernetes, Triton Inference Server, DeepSpeed, FastAPI, and Kafka. |
| NeoOne Technology — Software Developer Intern | Supported client-facing software projects, resolved technical issues, and contributed maintainable production code across development and delivery. |
| Freelance Full-Stack Developer | Delivered 20+ client projects involving WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO optimization, and ERP integrations. |
| TÜBİTAK 2209-A — Principal Investigator | Researching Graph Attention Networks for early MODS prediction in ICU patients, with GNNExplainer-based interpretable risk analysis. |
| Zada Combat UAV Team — UI, Frontend and Data Integration | Built a real-time telemetry ground-control station with mapping, flight instrumentation, command exchange, and CSV logging. |
| Project | What it does | Stack |
|---|---|---|
| CiteGuard | Static analysis for academic writing: detects unsupported claims, verifies citations, checks source overlap, and improves attribution. | Python, CLI, NLP |
| AI Algorithm Problem Generator | RAG-based engine that generated 3,000+ algorithm problems with test cases, solution stubs, and difficulty tags. | Python, Pinecone, Groq |
| SyncCinema | Real-time synchronized local and YouTube playback with rooms, chat, reactions, voice/video, and subtitle support. | React, Node.js, Socket.IO, WebRTC |
| FileDrop | Anonymous cross-device file transfer using QR codes and six-digit room codes, without accounts or a shared local network. | JavaScript, WebSockets |
| MikroBridge | Synchronizes multichannel e-commerce orders into Mikro ERP with automated aggregation, monitoring, and error handling. | C#, REST APIs, WinForms |
My contributions have been merged across 41 external repositories, ranging from focused bug fixes and tests to new features and maintenance work.
| Project | Selected contribution |
|---|---|
| radare2 | Simplified the ESIL engine by removing 39 dead or redundant operations and contributed additional fixes to analysis and tooling. |
| Soot | Prevented concurrent modification in StaticInliner and fixed outer-class resolution for names containing $. |
| Weblate | Added support for multiple gettext keywords in the xgettext add-on. |
| supabase-js | Fixed stolen-lock AbortError handling when the acquire timeout is zero. |
| NVIDIA cuML | Documented metric-specific keyword arguments for pairwise distances. |
| xplr | Fixed a Windows permissions panic and improved portable file creation. |
Other merged work includes contributions to Zephyr, Apache AGE, Boa, Certbot, SeaQuery, Tantivy, OpenVDB, Cesium, and matplotlib.
