a1ca0e3 Generate SDKs with stlc instead of hosted Stainless

Note

Medium Risk
Large generated surface-area change across browser/auth/pool APIs; behavior is type-only but misconfigured OTLP export could affect customer observability pipelines.

Overview
Regenerated SDK from the updated OpenAPI spec, adding OTLP telemetry export on browser telemetry settings used when creating/updating browsers, browser pools, and auth connections (optional export.otlp with destination by id or name).

Response types now include BrowserTelemetryExportConfig / BrowserTelemetryOtlpExportConfig on active session telemetry, and api.md documents the new exports. Tests pass sample export payloads through those flows.

Release and tooling: adds a Release Please GitHub Action on main for kernel/kernel-node-sdk, points release-please-config.json at the googleapis schema, and sets prerelease: false. Staging artifact install URL switches to kernel-node-sdk-staging; .stats.yml drops pinned OpenAPI metadata.

Minor doc tweak: browser list query now mentions profile name or ID (not profile ID only).
