Explain the model’s purpose and uncertainty output, provide complete BEST and custom-posterior programs, and organize CMake/Bzlmod integration and sample inspection. Preserve priors and convergence limits; move the detailed model/sampler contract to API.md. Add a verified Actions badge.
Stacked on the existing release-preparation branch. Runtime source is unchanged.
Validation: Compiled and ran both complete C++17 examples; the group fixture estimates a difference near -1 and the sampler records 10,000 draws. Verified local links, live CI badges and rendering through GitHub’s Markdown API.
