Adds src/site/headless-cms/genko.md.

genko.me is an API-driven headless CMS built in Japan. Its delivery API is plain REST, so it works with any site generator, and it ships optional rendering packages for React, Vue, Svelte and standard custom elements — all on one shared core, so the same content renders the same markup whichever is used. Guides are published for Next.js, React, Nuxt, Vue, SvelteKit, Svelte, Astro, plain HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby and Go.

The entry follows the shape of the existing files: typeofcms: "API Driven" (the value 101 of the current entries use), opensource: "No", and supportedgenerators: All. twitter is omitted, as it is on 30 of the existing entries. No images are included.

Only one file is added; nothing existing is touched.
