Implement the credits-aware hosted prose responder: - New Convex action `POST /v1/autorespond` that holds, settles, and releases an `assistant_reply` operation on the Hraness credits service. - `convex/autorespond.ts` with 402 shortfall handling, Vercel AI Gateway call, and usage-based settlement. - `src/daemon/prose-responder.ts` rewrite supporting both local and hosted responder selection, `ProseCreditsRequiredError`, and credits token custody in `src/storage/gateway-key-custody.ts`. - `src/credits.ts` and the credits runtime bundle with `scripts/build-credits-runtime.ts`. - CLI `credits` commands and parser/renderer updates. - `docs/hosted-autorespond.md` and relevant AGENTS/README/CHANGELOG updates. - Register the new cost surface in `costs.json`.
