Closes #780.
What
The extension now writes
~/.amico/ops/fleet/attach-state.jsonon every attach-state transition (atomic tmp+rename, single writer): hostname, mode, hub name/URL, reachability, RTT, last-ok, updated-at. The context plugin's fleet section reads that file (file reads only — no network) and renders an honest posture block: machine name, mode, hub identity + reachability, last-verified age (10-min TTL, stated in the rendered line). Falls back to the legacy role line when the file is absent; degraded-but-honest when stale or corrupt — never a false "healthy", never a crash. Standalone fallback time survives extension restarts.Gates (director-run)
