Superseded by #439, which carries this bump plus the sample fix it needs.

aiplatform v2's langchain extra moves langchain 0.3 → 1.x, relocating the legacy agent/chain APIs into langchain-classic. Two Vertex sample templates still import from the old paths, hence the lint failure.

Two things worth flagging: the deploy-time samples/langchain_on_vertexai/requirements.txt had to move in lockstep (it's what ReasoningEngine.create() installs), and mypy here under-reports — a CI-faithful env gives 6 errors across 2 files, not 3 in 1.
