Fixes the currently red FLOW syntax and imports check.

PR #475 intentionally aligned KernelSVC_RBF/iris max_iter to 1000 on both sides, reducing the canonical rows with surviving configuration differences from 5 to 4. benchmarks/test_config_equivalence.py still encoded the pre-#475 state, so the fixture failed even though the comparator and contract were correct.

This updates only the fixture expectation and adds a comment pinning why the KernelSVC row is now expected to be clean. No runtime, benchmark, or parity policy is changed.
