Adds resident Metal reconstruction for full sampled RGB images and batches, preserving native component grids until GPU sample replication and output packing. The existing full-resolution direct-plan contract remains unchanged. The new native unsupported-plan reason is appended so published enum discriminants remain stable.
Prepares all release crates as 0.11.1, updates the compatibility baseline to published 0.11.0, and records the additive ordinary/hidden API review. Historical release evidence is preserved.
Validation: local cargo xtask ci passed before the version freeze; candidate Clippy, 102 repository-policy tests, 30 semver-tool tests, all published-library compatibility checks, support/unsafe inventories, and strict publication integrity passed. The real-Metal sampled regression passed; optimized characterization checked 192 saved real tiles with the existing pixel bound and one submission per batch. Candidate package validation and exact-head hosted/GPU release gates remain required before publication.
