The repository you list hasn't seen any activity in 18 months.

Can you confirm/elaborate that your tool meets requirement 6: Your service/resource must be actively maintained in the last year.

Also, from a cursory check, it seems that the repository you link to does not match what is deployed; I see code references that differ between repo and your site. Is this correct?

The repository linked is for collecting user issues, but the service is actively maintained.

My code repository is currently private. If required, I will clean it up (remove tokens) and make it public. Let me know!

That's alright, as long as it is clear that that is not the repository behind the service, that also clears up the maintained-in-last-year concern I had.
