Adds dllPath.bat since we now support windows.
I migrated the
configure/.gitignoreto the main gitignore file to keep everything in one place. That is more personal preference so not wedded to the idea.Also updated some definitions to specify the location as the TOP directory which matches other EPICS modules like ASYN or PVXS.
