What

Version bump only, 0.0.23 → 0.0.24. Requested by the maintainer — CLAUDE.md's "do not bump the version" boundary is a default for me, not for you.

What is in it

Everything merged since v0.0.23 (#38, #39, #40). No library source changed — git diff v0.0.23..main -- src/ is empty, so this is a no-op for consumers and patch is the honest level:

• test: end-to-end integration over real sockets, no API key #38 — integration tests over real sockets: a scripted OpenAI-compatible endpoint, a real MCP server and a real authorization server. No key, ~5s.
• test: smoke the agent against a real local model, gating the publish #39 — the live-model smoke gate: the whole loop against a real model served by llama.cpp on the runner, blocking the publish.
• fix(ci): pin the model server by digest and preflight streamed tool calls #40 — that gate's own fix: pin the server by digest instead of a tag scheme that silently stopped at a year-old build, and preflight that the server can stream a tool call.

Verification

typecheck, format:check, build, test green (171 pass, 1 skipped). This PR touches package.json, so the live-model gate runs on it too — the publish is gated on a real model driving an MCP tool before it goes out.
